Police Powers
Police power is the right to protect the country and its population from threats to the public health and safety. The term “police power” predates the development of organized police forces, which did not develop until the postcolonial period. In the colonial period, police power was used to control nuisances, such as tanneries that fouled the air and water in towns, to prevent the sale of bad food, and to quarantine persons who were infected with communicable diseases. Many of the colonies had active boards of health to administer the police power. This was one of the main governmental functions in the colonial period.
Under the Constitution, the states retained much of their police power but share the right to regulate health and safety issues with the federal government. Examples of the federal use of the police power are food and drug regulations, environmental preservation laws, and workplace safety laws. The states have companion laws in most of these areas, plus local public health enforcement such as restaurant inspections, communicable disease control, and drinking water sanitation. In most cases, the states share jurisdiction with the federal government and the courts will enforce whichever is the more strict law. State and local public health laws are exercises of the police power.
“Police powers are the fundamental ability of a government to enact laws to coerce its citizenry for the public good, although the term eludes an exact definition. The term does not directly relate to the common connotation of police as officers charged with maintaining public order, but rather to broad governmental regulatory power. Berman v. Parker, a 1954 U.S. Supreme Court case, stated that “[p]ublic safety, public health, morality, peace and quiet, law and order. . . are some of the more conspicuous examples of the traditional application of the police power”; while recognizing that “[a]n attempt to define [police power’s] reach or trace its outer limits is fruitless.”
As I have mentioned in previous articles, the origins of our Nation were set on the principles of Individual Liberty, Private Property, and Sovereignty under God. The ability for the free people to maintain their sovereignty fell under immediate attack by tyrants immediately following the Declaration of Independence. That famous document did not form a new nation, but rather released all of the people living in the Colonies from the control and dominion of the British government. All who chose to accept the truth of the Declaration became free from all government. It is only after this event that new governments began to form, often taking advantage of the people in the same form that the British tyrants had.
One argument can be made that the Declaration of Independence did form new nations from the Colonies, but my challenge is one that I believe James Madison would agree with. At what time did the Colonies establish themselves under the consent of the governed? Was that consent granted simply because the people did not refuse to abide by the authority of the new states, or not violently refuse as they did toward the British? It is my contention that the people never consented to a new government, but rather simply refused the old. In the end, it does not matter, because the new government that was formed was rooted in individual sovereignty and common law. That was twisted very quickly to become the megalithic centralized plutocratic and tyrannical entity known as the United States. But the people, as Madison said, are the ultimate authority, and the ultimate source of power.
In any case, what we have today is the tyrannical government that is the wet dream of the globalist parasites and their ancestors. Humanity is under attack, and the reasoning for which both the slavers and the slaves excuse this, is that it is for the good of the whole. How are the destructive forces implemented? Police Power.
As Legarre makes clear, police originally meant “the condition of the state” and was converted over time to mean “regulation, discipline and control of a community.” When the average lay person hears police power, the first thought they must have is that it relates to the authority of law enforcement officials. This is not the truth of the matter though. Police powers are the granted authority by the people to the government, the state, to regulate, discipline, and control their community.
The claim that most states use for any law enforcement activity, or any law making in general, is that they are authorized by the police powers given them by the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
10th Amendment
These parasitic entities claim that they have the authority to negatively impact the lives of the people because of the phrasing of this Amendment. They say that police powers are among those powers “…reserved to the States respectively…” They fail to mention the second last section “…or to the people.”
The claim that “states of emergency” that affect wide populations are among the things that they have the authority to regulate. They claim that those who do not abide by their regulating are liable to punishments set and enforced by them. And they claim that they have the granted authority to control the population as they see fit.
For those who do not know, every president since Roosevelt has declared a state of emergency at the outset of their regime. This means that they granted themselves the authority to use police powers to conduct any activity or make any law or executive order “for the wellbeing of the whole population,” despite the actual results of those actions or orders, and despite the cause of the state of emergency.
A recent obvious example of the abuse of the police powers of the state, is the Covid scam. Medical martial law was enacted, and the peoples rights were ignored. Businesses were forced to close under threat. People were forced to stay in their homes under threat. People were bombarded with propaganda. Livelihoods were threatened if people did not get with gene altering injections. Innumerable violations occurred, and the excuse that rang through our legal system was… Police Power.
Police Officers are members of the largest gang in the world. They are thugs paid to enforce the fictional laws made, and the orders given them, by those who deem themselves to have been granted police powers without limit. I have never met a man or woman who has granted police officers the authority to shoot them, beat them, coerce them, or threaten them. I can’t find anywhere in our Articles of Confederation or our Constitution of the United States of America, or any other place where the Law is recorded, the authority granted by the people for anyone to do these things, least of all police officers.
Police regulate, punish and control our communities. Peace Officers respect, protect and serve our communities. How often do you see Peace Officer written on those cars chasing peaceful people around in our communities? How often do they act peaceful?
They are not taught to be peaceful. They are not taught and directed to respect, protect and serve our communities. They are taught and directed to act as the soldiers of the regulate-punish-control police power complex.
The Declaration of Independence was signed and sworn, and we became liberated in Law from the clutches of tyranny.
The Articles of Confederation and the Constitution of the United States of America were signed and sworn, and we became part of a Republic that clearly distinguished the roles of the government, but obviously not clearly enough. Our Republic was as evolved as any society could manage at the time.
Legislative Law and centralization, corruption and monopolization took root in our Republic and encroached upon all aspects of our lives, making a new government, a Plutocracy.
Those who consolidated enough power to influence all aspects of government, finance, and society became dictators to an increasingly docile, ignorant, and lackadaisical people, forming a new structure, Tyranny.
Police Powers, based on the 10th Amendment phrasing, gave these parasites the only tool they needed to form a “legal” gang of thugs that served their every order and command under their assumed authority to regulate, punish and control the population in whatever way they saw fit.
For those who are critical of the opposition to the use of police power to maintain order in society, ask yourself one question.
If you were arrested, beaten, thrown into a concentration camp, forced to shave your head, eat gruel, and endure innumerable tortures, would you ever trust your life to any institution of strangers ever again?
The answer is no. It always has been no. People have become comfortable and ignorant and have forgotten the lessons of the past and their ancestors and elders. They have even become blind to what is right in front of them.
The Jews, Poles, Romany, disabled, and more would remind you of Germany’s recent use of Police Power for genocide.
Survivors of the Gulags in Siberia would remind you of the use of Police Power by the Soviets.
The 100 Million dead souls would remind you of Mao’s use of Police Powers to form his personal utopic dream on the mounds of the dead.
And all over the world today, for those who will turn off their televisions, turn off the government-plutocracy-globalist run news, and listen, people will tell you the story of the world governments’ use of Police Powers to mandate injections of unknown substances into their bodies, confine people into small spaces, force people to stop earning a livelihood, stop people from exercising their fundamental and inherent Right to Travel, and to murder people in droves in hospitals by forcing ventilators, drugs, and vaccines.
Police power is not there to serve you.
Police power exists to regulate-punish-control-coerce-threaten-imprison-torture-assault-rape-genocide you, your family, and any among humanity that those who have the self-assumed authority deem unworthy.
The truth is that YOU have the ONLY AUTHORITY to police yourself. To regulate-punish-control yourself. Only you are the master of yourself, unless you surrender it to another.
Break free of the foreign government authority. Their police powers are not over you, but foreign to you.
We are free beings. It’s time we start living as such. See you on the other side.
