Capitalism is founded on property rights. Property is founded upon some way for ownership to be recognized and the subsequent respect for it. Many people do not have the moral chops to develop a way to recognize ownership without an external authority. For those who do have the moral chops, capitalism and anarchy are the same. For the rest, they need that external authority to establish property rights and so they can't see capitalism and anarchy as compatible without deceiving themselves. I happen to have developed a sense of ownership which is not based on external authority (at least not ultimately), and so they are the same for me.
True. Anarchy requires a high renaissance of the human condition. Government of some kind exists for those who have low character to be checked. But Government inherently produces that character. A lose lose scenario.
