In this article, I will expose some generational lies, give some insight into how our culture has developed into a mechanistic society, and how one may find freedom through self-empowerment. Let's begin.
As many of you will know, our current society comprises a very large body of completely unaccountable louts. These are those who have chosen to forgoe action to better their lives to rather waste away on couches playing video games and eating as much garbage as they can fit into their bodies. It also includes a large quantity of very confused and indoctrinated people who have chosen to surrender their own minds to the will of tyrants and globalists.
How did this situation develop?
Well, let's first take a look at the American society of just 150 years ago. In 1873, there was no refrigerator, no car, no washing machine, no guaranteed postal delivery, no Sears catalog, no hospital, no community water sanitization, no radio and no television, no electricity, and no light bulb.
Children attended Sunday school to learn arithmetic and science and letters along with their religious studies. Men farmed or worked in factories or shops or offices, while women cared for the household and children. The groceries were often purchased in bulk from the cracker barrel, or some other small mercantile, unless in a city. Food was canned or preserved in other ways to prepare for winter and to extend one’s supplies.
Horse and carriage was used to get from place to place, often on unmanaged roads. If someone stole a horse or robbed a bank, raped or murdered, or otherwise caused extreme damage to others, they were hung or shot by the locally elected sheriff.
Life required all parties and peoples to make real and constant efforts to maintain and increase their wellbeing and survivability. Everyone was part of the community and had to be accountable for the way they added to that community or leached off of it. Responsibility for oneself was paramount.
Just 20 years before this, around 1850, the majority of work done in this country was centered around agrarian tasks. By 1873, this shifted to much more industry and factory work. In the following years this trend only increased. Slavery through social manipulation became ever more dominant to overt slavery.
Consumerism was really in its birthing, as more mass produced items were becoming available. It would be only within the next generation that consumerism would occupy the minds of the nation as Sears catalogs, cars, and malls would come into being. After the panic of 1907, it took full flight as only the largest of industrial production could stay afloat on governement support, thus creating massive surpluses leading to cheap products.
So we really find ourselves at the end of traditions and culture that extends back millenia in 1873, and at the incipient modernism/post-modernism/consumeristic/parasitic culture of today.
While some of the more ignorant people claim that capitalism is at fault in our great decline, it is not so. Capitalism, as Rand says above, has provided for the most profound renaissance in human standards than can be seen anywhere in the accepted historical narrative.
But, while it is true that we have increased ourselves in many ways, we have not increased our wellbeing in its greatest potential. This is due to many parts, not least of which is that capitalism has never been seen in this country or anywhere in the world for that matter. We have endured monopolism, captive capitalism, plutocracy, oligarchy, kleptocracy, and tyranny by many other names.
This tyranny has shown its face explicitly throughout the life of this nation. It has appeared in the subversion of the principles on which the colonies separated from Britain, in the surrender of rights under God to privileges granted by government, and in the unholy experimentation upon the people of this land by the self-assumed tyrants that bear no allegiance to any of the people.
One of the most despicable and telling representations of the decline of this culture is the transition in attention and consciousness from simple, modest, vigorous, vigilant and humble living, to the extreme addiction to consumption, indolence, and, most recently, pervasive and universal victim mentalities.
This cultural devolution is showing itself in the desire of much of the youthful population, and a good portion of the older, to enshrine a socialistic system. They see the government as a holy and divine entity that is both mother and father as well as representative of God and nature. They refer to this entity as being a just authority over them and others and as being a proper medium for violent enforcement of distributions of wealth and wellbeing. They do not wish to have to work diligently to produce a better world, but rather pass the duty on to others.
The sloth of these often narcissistic and lassitudinous drones result in ever greater cries for help from the government. A government which will never help them truly. Which cannot help them.
Instead the government will convert into a more overt tyranny, strip away all rights, and likely simply imprison and genocide all of them.
In the early 1900's, as people learned that they may acquire ever more things at the expense of indebtedness to central banks, they also became more amenable to indoctrination camps for their children called schools, concentration camps for themselves called jobs, and shallow and ineffectual lives they called reality. They became ever more timid and ever less righteous.
By the end of the sexual revolution and the hippie movement, even the notion of caretaking ones own children became delinquent. Instead, women were convinced that the most equitable way to expend their energy was to do what the men were doing. That is, slaving away at subsistence wage jobs, for ephemeral and ambiguous ideas of success, while filling the coffers of the monopoulists that Alexander del Mar warned us of back at the end of the 19th century, and that have controlled global finance for centuries.
The truest word for the global financial control system is plutocracy. Power derived from wealth.

So, we know the problem, but what can we do about it?
Agorism, anarchism, vonuism, localism, build community, and strengthen ties between communities. Create something for yourself, and ignore the so called laws of government. Work with others you know and trust. Think on terms of, if governement didn’t exist, what would you do. No rules, what would you do.
You see…
Moralism is a construct designed by a society to determine the rights and wrongs inherant in that culture. When we become mature humans being, we need no law or authority or enforcement to ensure our collective and mutual respect and dignity.
Anarchism…
Agorism…
Getting philosophically and phiosophically in tune is the first step toward acquiring the freedom mentality that ensures success in working for oneself, especially in, and in despite of, an authoritarian society with a plutocratic and tyrannical government.
It is important to understand the why before one asks how. Why do I want to work for myself? Then, you might ask, what steps do I take to be successful working for myself.
The easiest path to working for yourself and finding immediate success is to create something that people everywhere think they need or want. The righteous path in working for oneself is to create something that people truly need and what benefits them and the whole world.
Do we seek to make truckloads of money or do we seek honorable work that we are the masters of, as we are masters of ourselves.
What is success?
Are you interested in community and the wellbeing of others, or simply want to earn dollars to live like movie stars. Shallow intentions lead to shallow results.
If your intent is clear, your vision sharp, and your will strong, you will succeed.
Here are a few ideas to leave behind the slave wages, the line work, the cubicle, the petty drudgery, or the empty labor and step into your own power and mastery.
Grow, and through Agorism profit from bringing medicine to people.
