This part of this series will be dedicated to describing my personal adventures, up to today, exercising my Right to Travel.
Since 2013 I have travelled without a license, license plate, registration or insurance. For the vast majority of that time I have been left alone by the clown pirates that prey upon innocent people on the public highways, but on the occasions where these tyrants accost me and demand I abide by their false authority, we start to get a clear picture of why it is important to never contract with these people or their masters at any time, ever.
As I have discussed in a previous article in the Law series, it is utterly opposed to the common law and human rights for agents of our government to harass us for exercising whatever rights we choose. It is contrary to a healthy society, one in which the populace fears its government. This can only develop when the people release control over their lives to a government. When the people refuse this, and stand in their inherent rights, allow no room for the government to oppress them, and hold the reins on their society, there remains only little room for the government to operate.
I have had innumerable interactions with law enforcers of various types through the years. Because I choose not to reduce myself to a worm in the face of their mighty authority, I am more than the average person, confronted with aggressive and utterly unlawful treatment by these criminals. At the same time, considering just how often I have had interactions with these agents, having not been shot by now might be considered a miracle.
Let’s take a look at some of the various ways the clown pirates have assaulted and defrauded me up to now. I have been imprisoned without cause, physically assaulted, robbed, conspired against, and set up. On several occasions I have had clown pirates tell me that they knew that what they were doing was unlawful and criminal, but they did not care. I have had these psychos try to convince me to do illegal activity so that they could arrest me, because they had no original cause for arrest. But this is just me.
Let’s take a look at what the clowns have done to those I have known and loved. Murder, assault, rape, theft and trespass. That’s right, the only things that constitute a crime I have seen happen by the clowns far more often than within normal society. Johnny Hurley was shot in the back by one of these sick clowns in Arvada, Colorado after saving the lives of cops and innocents by killing a mass shooter. The psycho that shot Johnny knew that he just saved lives and chose to shoot him in the back. That piece of garbage wears a shiny tin badge just like the rest of the clowns, and he didn’t lose that badge after committing murder, but got a paid vacation before leaving the state. This is not an isolated case. Rape in female prisons by guards, and even rape of female cops by their male counterparts. Domestic violence among these people is far higher than the average. I could go on and on. These are the dregs of our society. You have a greater chance of being shot by a cop than by a robber breaking into your home or a mugger on the street. Combat soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan were killed less the average American killed by the Thin Blue Line, not to mention assaults. The founders of this nation made it exceedingly clear that there was to be no standing army. Today, we have a million police officers acting as the skirmishers of the standing army, with the national guard, and regular army ready and waiting to enforce what the clown pirates cannot.
Now that we have a clear picture of what we face when we contract, interact, or encounter one of these criminals, let’s dive into what it means to traverse the common ways in modern America.
Firstly, there is no safety whatsoever in having a license plate. These pirates will demand your white flag of surrender whether you have permits and tags and all the nonsense or not. They will pull you over for suspicion, crossing a line in the road by an inch, not using a signal, a light not working, a loud noise, and a million other petty reasons. They will then use that to extort you for their masters. You will be commanded to appear at a place where a black robed fool will determine that you are guilty until proven innocent, despite the fancy words they may use to the contrary. And when you are thoroughly submitted to their will, you will purge yourself and say guilty to avoid a bigger punishment in favor of a lesser punishment. These thieves will then take your money and tell you not to do bad things again, because a second time around will be more severe punishments. Well, who cares you might say. It’s just a fine and at least I didn’t go to jail or have to pay the big fine. You who think this are slaves. You accept oppression for the sake of ever decreasing security. You have surrendered your very soul to these criminals.
This is why I say no. There is no contract necessary for my exercise of the roadways and my property. The roads are held in common by the people. The government owns nothing. It is but an extension of the people, the true beneficiaries of any property of the government. The government cannot lawfully enforce traffic violations, permits for hunting and fishing, permits for gatherings, licensure for arms. None of it.
I spoke to Sheriff Mack, who is leading the charge for recognition of Constitutional Sheriffs. (https://cspoa.org/) I asked him what he thought about the Right to Travel, and he said, “That’s not the hill I would die on.” It is this sort of thinking that holds us back. It’s thinking that one right is more important than another. If you appreciate and respect and want to nurture and protect your right to free speech and freedom of religion, then you must protect rights in general. Once one right has been trampled, it is only so long before the others are as well. It is in the recognition of what a right is, that we can maintain them. A right is anything that is not a wrong. If there is no victim from your actions, there is no wrong. Thus, anything you might do in this life is a right, until it interferes with the rights of others. If you want to have a right to bear arms, you need to recognize a Right to Travel, a right to hunt, a right to speak and believe freely, and countless, infinite other rights.
I do not contract, and I travel freely. I do not contract, and I exercise all of my rights, and support all of the rights of man, which are beyond the ability count.
This brings us to my recent encounters that have led me to have interactions with the oppressive, coercive, tyrannical government agents. About this time last year, I was travelling safely on the common ways when a clown pirate did perform an illegal U-turn, (all agents of government must abide by these traffic codes and legislative law) illegally engaged flashing emergency lights, illegally followed too close to my property, and did, when I attempted to get out of its way so that it may proceed to whatever emergency it was addressing, follow me and stop behind me. After waiting to see what the emergency might be that I did not see, the costumed person came over to my property and asked me to give her some of my other property in the form of some kind of “I-D” and all the other accouterments of these types of harassments. I indicated that I had no interest in interacting with her. She insisted. Without giving her anything but my name when she asked, she finally threw a piece of paper into my property and went away.
I have described this a bit here as well:
That piece of paper indicated a place to go if I did not want to be harassed further. I went. It was a lie, I was harassed much further, in that place and outside of it. I was finally told I would have to go to a Trial. I refused verbally and on paper.

Interestingly, these tyrants didn’t seem to mind and even thought my filings were humorous, laughing or mocking me. Well, I didn’t care much to spend time with people who were so crude and nasty, so I left and didn’t go back.
Then, just over a month ago, I was travelling along the common ways in my private property as I do from time to time, when another clown pirate did decide to violate the speed limits set for agents of government so as to get as near to me as possible. He then did illegally engage flashing emergency lights, illegally follow to close to my property, and did, when I attempted to get out of its way so that it may proceed to whatever emergency it was addressing, follow me and stop behind me. After waiting to see what the emergency might be that I did not see, the costumed person came over to my property and asked me to give him some of my other property in the form of some kind of “I-D” and all the other accouterments of these types of harassments. I indicated that I had no interest in interacting with him. He insisted. Without giving him anything but my name when he asked, he finally returned from his government issued transportation vehicle to tell me that he had a “warrant”. I asked him what the details were surrounding this, and he refused to answer in honor, to show proof of a warrant, signed by a judge with attached signed and sworn affidavit by an injured party. Choosing to stay alive, I acquiesced to his demands to leave behind my property and to be forcefully taken to unlawful imprisonment, where I was treated harshly, was not taken to see a judge immediately as the law requires, was threatened time and again with indefinite detainment for not answering the conspiratorial guards silly and unreasonable questions that no reasonable man might tell a stranger, and where I was told again that there existed a warrant which was never presented to me.
Well, again I’ve already told that story in the past article, but to summarize, I had a friend bring the ransom money so I’d be released from these criminals, they gave me some papers, saying they would like to see me again, (which was highly unlikely considering how nasty they were) and I went back along my way. Since that time, I have come into some new information about how to hold these courts accountable to common law. Our friend, Charley Danielson, has assisted hundreds of people in their contests with these criminal clown pirates. He has narrowed down some very good points for which to demand common law in court rather than legislative law. When courts dishonor the common law and the people, and attempt to extort, steal, assault, murder, imprison, or otherwise affect the lives of the common man, it is by bringing this to the common law that we can resolve it without harm to the innocent and victimized man.

As you can see in this document, I gave the court 10 days to respond. Both of these places where they are trying to extort and violate me chose not to respond within those 10 days. They chose silence. That silence is called tacit agreement. It means that despite anything else, they have agreed to my terms. They have agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice. But that’s only one side of the coin. They, being conducted in legislative law, may have chosen to ignore that document I sent them. In that case, they may wish to deprive me of life, liberty and property even yet. So as to protect myself from their evil intentions, I have again utilized Master Danielson in creating the following document.

In this second phase of this process, I am sending this document to the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice, where I will be asserting that these agents of government have violated their oaths, their sacred duty, and my constitutional, common, and natural rights. We will then simply have to await a further result.
I am making this process known to you, the people, because if this process works for me, who has been harassed and violated on countless occasions by these criminal clown pirates, these black robed buffoons, these treasonous poisonous villains, then it just may very well work for you.
If this process works, we are going to need you, the readers and listeners, to share this far and wide so that all people in need can utilize this method to prevent government abuse. We need to take back and affirm and defend our courts, our local governments, our constitutional and human rights, and our basic dignity. The only time we will ever know is right now. We need to take action so we can leave a better world for our children. What will you do?
