My Experience at Standing Rock and What We Could Do Next for Ourselves and Future Generations
Building the Renaissance
In 2016, I journeyed to North Dakota to join the active denial of the emplacement of the Dakota Access Pipeline. What I saw there, sitting with the Sacred Fire at Oceti Sakowin Camp for a month, was incredible potential for the future of our communal effort to produce more freedom and less tyranny in the world.
Hundreds of tribes gathered together on the land or by support from wherever they were around the world. Many of the Rainbow Gatherers came in support, and free people of all kinds worked together in this great collaboration.

What began as a defiant, but peaceful protest devolved into police and national guard assaulting .and destroying the property of thousands of peaceful people. But that’s what they get paid for, so no surprise there.
I was at Oceti for the month of September that year. During that time, I worked to inspire a different approach to protesting and chaining our bodies to machines. I worked to get folks there to organize in a larger movement that could produce a true revolution. It did not succeed. But the month of September was quiet compared with before and after.
I spoke of building relationships, creating structures for unification between all the free people, incorporating veterans/defenders into the effort, and remaining out of jail and prison so as to continue to work on building together for the future.
Red warriors wanted to take direct action, the blissfully ignorant thought we should just sit and pray the police and government would just accede to our wishes, and the politicos thought we should continue to work within the government systems to get what we wanted.
In the end, none of that worked, the red warriors were arrested, along with others, the blissfully ignorant prayed while the camps were bulldozed then left to get back to their lives, and the politicos got nowhere, as usual.
The police brutally assaulted prayerful and righteous people with tear gas, dogs, pepper spray, batons, rubber bullets, water cannons and sound spectrum energy weapons.
The government agents blocked communications regularly so that we could not share what was happening on site with the world. They tracked people that arrived and left. They censored media about what was happening on the ground. They inserted provocateurs to alter public perception and make it appear that we were violent.

So, no, Standing Rock Pipeline Protest did not succeed in the end. The defenders were routed, money was stolen, warriors were imprisoned, and the Pipeline went in. We failed.
But we must ask ourselves… in hindsight, was the main purpose and main goal truly stopping a pipeline that was doomed to go in anyway? Or…
Was that just the excuse and motivation we needed to come together, as the first really definite gathering of the Rainbow Tribe? You see, the Rainbow Tribe, according to prophecies around the globe, is our future. It is the coming together of all the tribes, colors, creeds, sexes, and ways, to heal the Earth and bring back the good way, the natural way, the way we as humanity were meant to live.
I say, as I said then, that this collaboration was far more important than whatever was gonna happen with the pipeline. It would have been great to see the pipeline moved, but that was a most improbable outcome. No. In the end, we showed our strength of spirit and our interest in collaboration, unity, and working to a better future.

The time is ripe for a Standing Rock 2.0. The next stage of our Resistance to Tyranny is incipient.
Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.
Do you have what you need when grid goes down, or when FEMA camps pop up in your local Walmart parking lot to manditorily vax or quarantine you, or when cops come to your door in force to steal your guns (1) and assault your family? Have you garnered the mental and spiritual focus and clear sight and the Fortitude and Will to withstand these tyrannical parasites?
We can organize today. We can strategize today. We can come together in unity as free people working together to eradicate the parasitical infection of humanity. But it will not happen through impermanent Gatherings or through protests. A protest is an act of begging government to do what is inherantly against their intent and agenda.
We need to start building together. We need to start exchanging outside of government oversight and regulation. Agorism.
We need to ignore the laws of the illegitimate authority “government” and begin to make agreements amongst ourselves in Anarchy/Voluntaryism. Tribal lands and private property can be utilized to create abundant food and production of everything we need as free people. We can collaborate in trusts over mass land purchases. We can prepare for the worst together, creating militias, which is the voluntary association of the body populace to create defensibility of its own people.

Whatever way we go about this deep collaborative effort, the fact is, we must do it now.
Gather→Organize→Strategize→Act
I have seen innumerable communities fall asunder over pettiness and distraction from the purpose. We need to have a core principle and goal to bind the people together no matter the other components of our characters and interactions.
Can we agree that government is garbage and we need to just incinerate it?
Can we agree to simply not trample on others rights?
Can we agree on more?
The time is now my free beings. Where are you?
I would like to see the following story come about. This is my vision of the future, for my children, for all beings on this planet.
*10 people come to Lodge. We invite more members. Members invest and grow Lodge into more chapters.
*chapters develop everywhere. They start producing food and products.
*veterans and other warriors create a militia to defend the free people
*sabotage efforts are made to make governemnt infeasible
*chapters influence wider communities
*chapters act as hubs for building new world
*people learn how to associate as family/humanity
*we utilize technology that serves humanity, but disuse and destroy harmful technology
*with large masses of members and supporters we start boycotts (tax/fast food/police/etc)
*eventually society is transformed into a place where government is powerless
*people live free, in voluntary association with one another
